There has almost always been something holding a plus size woman back in the fashion world. But we are finally making the scene and being seen. Some famous fashion designers like Ralph Lauren Polo still prefer to photo-shop their models to make them look smaller, and with people like that we may never end up on their radar. Luckily for us though, there are lots of wonderful designers that are willing to open up to us.

Now their selection is really fantastic. They even sell shoes that range in styles for your every day errand running to that fantastic night out you've waited all week for. Not to mention the jewelry and purses and other accessories. From ubersexy intimates for that night in to the perfect hott to trot outfit for that long awaited night out. Or just a casual outfit for that day out or in with the family. Pretty much they have anything you want...Their prices are almost as high as Lane Bryant but not all the way up there. Their selection is a little smaller, but their prices are way more budget friendly! They have shape wear and a nice sale selection. They don't have much for lingerie, their selection is mostly for the outer layers, but they do have some great accessories. Their sizes run from 12 to 24, and their sandals run from size 7 to 9. They also have a fan page on facebook that can keep you up to date on their great deals. Hips and Curves

This store is HOTT! They have all your plus size intimates covered, from sexy costumes to bridal corsets to cozy sleepwear. They don't have much for regular clothes but what they do have is really sexy with not too bad of prices. They specialize in the intimates obviously, and they are good at what they do. Their sizes are a little different so be sure to check out the size chart to make sure you get your perfect fit. And their shoe selection is everything from what I call bondage boots to sexy housewife slippers which are decently priced. They have many different sections including gift ideas and gift cards. Be Proud!

There are lots of stores online and off that have plus size clothing for the modern woman. We have let ourselves go and let ourselves fall into a funk because we can't find anything we like or that makes us feel good. But now there is and I'm sure in my searches I'll find more and more. So its time to stop feeling sorry for ourselves because we are curvy or just round. We are all beautiful no matter what size we wear! So be proud of your curves and show them off a little!
